In the rare instance that a product arrives damaged or the incorrect product has been received, you are required to inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 days of receiving your product/s.
In the case of damaged products being received, photographic evidence of damage and a copy of your proof of purchase must be included in this email.
In the case of an incorrect product being received, we may request that the product be returned. A photo of the incorrect product along with a copy of your order must accompany your email. The product being returned must remain in the original packaging, be unused and be in the same condition as received.
Please stipulate in your email if you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
Confirmation of receipt of your email request for a return, refund or replacement will be sent via reply email. Should this email not be received timeously please do check your Junk Email folder.
On receipt of a request for a refund, your photographic evidence will be inspected and assessed, we may request a product be returned before a final decision is made on your request for a refund.
You will be notified via email on the outcome of your request. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of informing you of the acceptance of your refund request.
Should you not have received your refund timeously, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
