Refund Policy
Refunds apply to cancelled orders (see cancellation policy) or to items broken during shipping-the breakage must be brought to our attention on receipt and opening of order, along with an unedited image of the issue.
Refunds will be paid via EFT into the customers bank account of choice and can take 3-5 business days; and may incur an admin fee (see cancellation policy)

Unpaid orders are not processed and do not incur cancellation fees.
Paid orders cancelled before processing are eligible for 90% Refund or Store Credit
Paid orders cancelled after processing but before production are eligible for 80% Refund or Store Credit
Paid orders cancelled after processing and production are eligible for 50% Refund or Store Credit
