Dosage

Due to differences in individual physiology, what is considered a suitable dose is different for everyone. Dosage is based on the individual and their requirements, and highly recommend “micro-dosing” to find the right minimum effective dose for YOU – “Start Low & Go Slow”. Results may vary based on individual physiology.

Recommended Starting Dose – Regular Strength

Start with 2.5ml – 5ml, 30 minutes to an hour before bed. If necessary increase by 2.5ml every 30 minutes, until dosage requirements are met. Once individual dosage and requirements have been established, additional honey may be taken as & when needed to manage anxiety, discomfort, insomnia, pain, etc. Increase or decrease as/when required to achieve a minimum effective dose. Can be used every 3-6 hours throughout the day if properly “micro-dosed”.

*Raw honey is high in good calories, so it can lead to weight gain if consumed in large amounts. If you require more relief than the honey alone can provide, consider supplementing with B.C.O (Black Cannabis Oil).

*Crystallization is nature’s mark of quality, it is a natural and uncontrolled process. Containing more than 70% sugars and less than 20% water, honey is naturally an unstable super-saturated sugar solution. Heating raw honey passed 35 C changes the honey’s essential composition, degrades its quality, and destroys beneficial enzymes. Never put honey in the microwave – If crystallization occurs, simply put the jar of honey in some warm water – this will break the crystals down and bring the honey back to its original consistency (**Please be patient as this process takes a little time**).
