Dosage

Due to differences in individual physiology, what is considered a suitable dose is different for everyone. Dosage is based on the individual and their requirements, and we highly recommend “micro-dosing” to find the right minimum effective dose for YOU – “Start Low & Go Slow”. Results may vary based on individual physiology.

Recommended Starting Dose:

Start with 1 Capsule, 15-20 minutes before bed. increasing by 1 capsule every 30 minutes, until dosage requirements are met. Once individual dosage and requirements have been established, additional Capsule/s may be taken as & when needed to manage anxiety, discomfort, insomnia, pain, etc. Increase or decrease as/when required to achieve a minimum effective dose. Can be used throughout the day if properly “micro-dosed”.
